
Renovation of University of Georgia’s oldest building, which was originally constructed in 1806. Work involved replacing the mechanical system, reworking the electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems. Exterior renovations included the installation of a new copper roof, new windows, and re-bricking the old air conditioner openings. Interior renovations included repainting, new carpet, new acoustical ceilings and repair of the plaster ceilings.
