Spelman College

Complete renovation of existing 100-year structure and new construction of an attached 2-story infirmary. Materials and overall design of the new building matched in every detail that of historical MacVicar Hall. Project included new slate roof, copper gutters and downspouts, re-pointing and cleaning of existing brick and granite water marker, and restoration/replacement of existing windows and doors.
