Complete demolition and renovation of 130,000 square feet on 6 floors of an existing office building. Malone was selected as General Contractor during the planning stage of this project and was able to assist the Architect in developing pricing schemes for the various design concepts. Renovations included typical offices, state of the art audio visual conference room, and high end executive suites.
